About this app

arrow_forward

Keep a clear tenant ledger and track rent for your rental properties, hostels and shared accommodation. Tenant Ledger helps owners manage tenants, rooms, beds, recorded payments and maintenance in one place.

RENT AND PAYMENT RECORDS Use the rent ledger to track monthly rent, due dates, unpaid balances and partial payments. Record money you have received and share a text payment receipt with the tenant. Optional Android reminders flag rent past its due date. The app records payments; it does not collect or transfer money.

TENANTS, ROOMS AND BEDS Keep tenant contact details, agreed rent, deposits, joining dates and move-out dates. Manage room and bed availability and view payment history. Switch between several properties, each with its own currency and records.

DOCUMENTS AND MAINTENANCE Prepare tenant documents, let tenants review and draw a signature on your phone, and share the document as a PDF. A drawn signature does not independently verify identity. Track repairs and maintenance requests.

PRIVATE OWNER RECORDS Your private account opens on this Android phone without an email or password. Cached records can be viewed offline; saving changes requires an internet connection. Export and restore JSON backups. Contact support for verified recovery after a phone change, reset or reinstall.

CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Malay interfaces. Choose your market and app language in More. India keeps PG terminology. Property currencies are separate from language settings; changing a language does not convert stored amounts.

The app is for owners and managers. It does not offer accommodation search, booking, online payments, accounting certification or country-specific legal compliance. Legal policies and the standard agreement template are in English; review and adapt terms before signing.
