Alibaba launched its Qwen N1 and N1 Pro AI glasses in China on October 13, with standard packages priced from RMB 2,899 and RMB 3,399, respectively. Both models feature replaceable batteries in the temples, allowing users to swap batteries during use. The glasses combine a 50-megapixel camera with 4K video recording and Qwen-powered functions including translation, AI memos, automatic meeting notes and travel reminders. Alibaba lists battery life of nine hours for the N1 and eight hours for the N1 Pro. The Pro model adds eye-tracking controls, iris verification for payments and health monitoring that measures heart rate, blood oxygen and skin temperature. The standard N1 focuses on first-person photography and video alongside the AI assistant features. [IT Home, in Chinese]
