About Converge

We're building agents that buy and scale ads for consumer brands like Hims & Hers. They automate all parts of the growth engine: launching, scaling, learning from results, and producing new ads to close the loop.

Today they make over 90% of all budget changes in the ad account, managing $1M+ in daily budgets. They learn from user feedback and proactively look for more work to automate.

We're a team of 13, in-person in New York City, and you'd be our first platform engineer. We scaled to $3M in ARR, serving 200+ customers, and have raised $5.7M from Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and the founders of PostHog and Algolia.
