From a personal address to a growing business, start with email on your own domain. Plan your day with Calendar and bring your team together with Meet.
Add a Meet link to a Calendar event and invite people by email. Your event keeps the meeting title and invited guests in sync, so everyone knows where to be.
A professional address for your business, a shared family domain, or a mailbox just for you. Use webmail or your favorite email app.
Calendar
Plan your week, send invitations and share calendars. Keep recurring events and reminders beside your email.
Meet
Bring up to 10 people together for up to 90 minutes. Share your screen and welcome guests from a simple browser link.
Let guests book a time on your personal page. Bookings checks your FranklyMail Calendar and creates a private Meet link for every booking.
Your files. Beside your email.
FranklyMail Drive is now included for every mailbox. Store files, upload folders and share your work without another per-person subscription.
Upload whole folders. Retry without copying files that are already there.
Share with teammates, invite guests by email and access code, or create a public viewing link.
Drive uses your existing account storage pool alongside email. Files can be up to 2 GB each.

NewBring ten years of mail with you.
Your archive is the reason you never switched. Hand us your old server's address and password, tell us which folders to bring, and we copy them across: read and unread intact, flags intact, and each message keeping the date it actually arrived instead of all landing today.
It runs on our side, so a mailbox with fifty thousand messages in it does not need your laptop open. Works with Gmail, Fastmail, Purelymail, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho and any standard IMAP host. Microsoft 365 and Proton have closed password access from their end, and the guide says so plainly rather than letting you find out at the password prompt.

Trash, Spam and Gmail's All Mail arrive unticked, not skipped. Tick one and it comes across. All Mail holds a second copy of everything above it, which is how a migration turns four thousand messages into sixteen thousand if you do.
A year of email for 5 people. USD list prices with annual billing or a one-year commitment, checked 23 September 2026. Promotions excluded; tax may apply.

Purelymail’s Simple plan is a fixed $10 a year, with no hard storage cap. Accounts using significantly more resources may need its advanced usage-based pricing, which can also be cheaper for light use. The $10 price above is the Simple plan.
Fastmail shows Individual for one person, Duo for two, Family for three to six, and Business Standard above six. Family is $132 a year for up to six people; Business Standard is $60 per user per year ($300 for five). Businesses can also mix plans. Fastmail’s 50 GB includes mail, calendars and contacts; the separate 10 GB is for files. Google’s pool is shared across Gmail, Drive and Photos.
The long versions, one per rival: vs Google Workspace, vs Purelymail, vs Cloudflare Email Routing, vs Fastmail, vs Migadu, vs self-hosting, vs Proton Mail, or the whole field at once, in Google Workspace alternatives.
The question every visitor is quietly asking. Here’s the business model, in public.
Per-seat pricing bills you for people: five mailboxes cost like five customers, and the address you make for your accountant costs as much as your accountant. A mail server doesn’t work that way: ten light mailboxes cost it less than one heavy archive. What it costs us is storage and outbound volume.
So we charge for the storage and give the headcount away: $9/year flat, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited domains, unlimited aliases, 10 GB pooled across all of them. Above the pool it’s $0.40/GB/yr. How many people share it is your business, not our billing model. Calendar and Meet come with every account at no extra charge.
We keep overhead low: no sales team, no free tier subsidized by paid ones. And no bulk mail: spammers are the costliest customers in this industry, so we simply don’t take them.
For your household or your business, adding people does not add per-person fees.
No “contact sales”. No surprise tiers. The price is the price.
Don’t have a domain yet? We’ll register one for you, in your name, mail set up, $29 a year all in.
Drive
Drive uses your existing account storage pool alongside email. Files can be up to 2 GB each.
Calendar
Plan your week, send invitations and share calendars. Keep recurring events and reminders beside your email.
Meet
Meet with up to 10 people for up to 90 minutes per session, with screen sharing and chat.
AI connector
Connect your AI assistant to search, read and draft email. You review and approve every send.
IMAP & JMAP
Open protocols, any client. Your mail is yours to move, no lock-in by design.
Unlimited aliases
One per shop, per project, per mood. Catch-all included, one toggle.
Sieve filters
Server-side rules, checked for syntax before they save. Filter before your phone ever buzzes.
2FA & app passwords
TOTP two-factor, per-device app passwords, a session list you can actually read.
30-day refund
Full refund in the first month, cancel in one click. No retention maze.
Brand logo with BIMI
Upload your logo, get your DNS record, and check your setup. We host the files; supporting inboxes decide when your logo appears.
Everything the panel does to your domains, mailboxes, aliases, forwarding and filters, it does over an HTTP API, and an account API key drives the same routes. Claude Code, Codex or a shell script can add ten domains, wait for DNS, create thirty mailboxes and start the mail copying, with nothing to install. For reading and drafting email in your own mailbox, connect your assistant through Agentic Inbox.
One rule, and it is about what you ask an agent to build rather than how the API works. One account is one organisation. Mailboxes are for the people in yours, not for customers you charge or serve.
llms.txt
Fair questions.
Are Calendar and Meet included?Yes. Calendar and Meet are included with email on your own domain. Meet supports up to 10 people for 90 minutes per session, with screen sharing and chat. Guests can ask to join without an account.
Storage. $9 includes 10 GB pooled; heavy archives pay $0.40/GB/yr more. That’s the whole trick: most inboxes are small, so most people pay $9.
Yes. Tell us the name you want and we register it for you, set the mail up on it, and hand you a working address, usually within one working day. $29 a year with the domain included, and nothing to configure: no DNS records, no registrar account, no waiting on anyone. Pick a name
You do. It is registered in your name, not ours: you are the legal registrant from the first day. Move it to another registrar whenever you like and we will hand over what you need. A domain we held on your behalf would be a hostage, and that is not a business we want to be in.
Yes, there’s a built-in importer. Give it your old server’s address and it lists every folder over there before anything copies, so you choose what comes across; Sent, Drafts and Archive land in the folders of the same name here, and read state, flags and original dates come with them. It works with Gmail, Fastmail, Purelymail, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho and any standard IMAP host. Microsoft 365 and Proton block password access from their end; the migration guide says what to do instead.
Really. Mailboxes are cheap; storage isn’t. Add your family, your co-founders, your alter egos: they share the storage pool.
No ad scanning, no profiling, no resale, and none of it trains anything. Boring on purpose.
IMAP means your archive was portable all along. Point your DNS elsewhere and go: 30-day refund if we lost you in the first month.
Start on your own, bring your family, or build your team.
