I inherited responsibilities for creating credit card and loyalty analytics reporting/dashboarding for a firm that processes roughly $750M in monthly transactions.There hasn't been any large scale analytical or statistical review of this data and my main focus now is understanding the data, but also trying to design reporting.At this volume, what specific data points or low-hanging fruit can drive real commercial value?
