Munich Regional Court I has ruled that Micron infringed two German utility models held by Yangtze Memory Technologies, and issued injunctions covering the sale of related infringing products in Germany. The ruling marks Yangtze Memory’s first substantive injunction victory since its global patent dispute with Micron escalated in November 2023.
