Yes. Joining, listing your stock, making offers and chatting are all free, and we take no commission on any deal you close. We expect to introduce subscription plans later on. If we do, you will be told before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged automatically.

Your listing shows the fabric, not you. In chat and in offers, phone numbers, company names and addresses are filtered out. Contact details are exchanged only when both sides accept a deal, and that exchange is recorded, so there is a record of who was introduced to whom.

The contract is between the two of you, so payment and delivery are settled directly since we do not hold money or stock. If something goes wrong you can raise a dispute in the app; it reaches our team by email, and we can suspend an account that behaves badly. Always inspect the goods or take a sample before you pay.

fabric.market is for businesses trading fabric. You are responsible for your own registration, invoicing and tax. We do not issue invoices for your trade and we do not verify anyone’s GST for you.

Yes. Upload the CSV or Excel file you already keep and we read the fabric, quantity, price, colour and city from it. Every row stays editable: sixteen fields, including damage, composition and grade. Nothing is published until you say so.

English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The whole app is translated, including the help and the full Terms & Disclaimer. If the translations differ, the English version governs.
