Chinese desktop robot startup CyboPal has secured a new strategic funding round from TCL Industries’ investment arm and Shenzhen Capital Group. The amount was not disclosed. The company develops hardware that connects users, personal AI agents and existing computer workflows. Its first product, CyboPal ONE, is a desktop robotic terminal that combines movement, vision and voice interaction. The company said presales across overseas crowdfunding and offline channels exceeded 1,000 units and RMB 10 million within a month. It will next advance deliveries and launch WhisPrompt, a handheld computer accessory that uses voice input, buttons and a dial to help users direct and revise AI-assisted work. [PEdaily, in Chinese]
