ByteDance’s Jimeng AI has launched a short-drama studio that brings script development, character and scene creation, storyboarding, video production and post-production into one workflow. The platform uses three in-house models: DreamScript for scripts, Anycook for images and DreamShot for storyboards. DreamScript supports original stories, adaptations and scripts for overseas audiences, while the image and storyboard tools help creators develop visual assets and plan shots. The studio also supports replacing individual shots, reconstructing audio and remaking existing dramas in visual styles suited to different markets.
