Pick your goal—Blemish Repair or Better Aging—and the mask handles the rest, automatically switching between wavelengths and timing each treatment. Blemish Repair combines blue, red, and infrared light in an eight-minute session, and Better Aging uses red and infrared light for six minutes. After eight weeks of consistent use, Shark recommends switching to the four-minute Skin Sustain mode to maintain the results. It comes with a controller, and I especially love the cooling under-eye pads that can be used during treatment or on their own to alleviate puffiness.
