Training new agents required the work to be broken down into understandable activities: finding owners and properties, communicating with clients, advertising, arranging viewings and handling documentation. By 2019, the IZIHouse school had become a distinct part of his professional activity. The connection between recruitment and education continued into later projects. Public recruitment notices for EDCAPIT, published through IZIiChar, describe work finding and engaging course creators. Podobied launched ITCAPITAL in 2020. The company’s published history describes its initial focus as technology development and business-process automation through ITCAPITAL Development. Its services included software, websites and mobile applications, with a broader interest in applying technology to business operations.

He served as founder and CEO as the activity expanded. In his account of the period before the full-scale war in Ukraine, he describes an ITCAPITAL workforce of approximately seventy to one hundred people.

ITCAPITAL brought together several activities that had previously appeared separately in his career. Selling technology services required a commercial team; delivering them required technical specialists and organized project work; growing the business required recruitment and training. EDCAPIT began operating under its own education brand in 2024. Its name comes from Education Capital, expressing the idea that knowledge and skills form a resource people can continue building throughout their lives.

The platform developed from the educational work Podobied had begun in 2019. Through IZIHouse and ITCAPITAL, he had experience creating and explaining courses, supporting learners and organizing education around practical work. EDCAPIT expanded the model to include independent instructors teaching their own subjects through a shared platform.

On February 2, 2026, EDCAPIT, Inc. and Mukhitdin Khayrullaev signed a Simple Agreement for Future Equity, or SAFE, with a $ purchase amount and a $20 million post-money valuation cap. The company subsequently announced Khayrullaev’s investment and advisory role. The valuation cap is a term governing the agreement’s future conversion into equity.
